Successive prototypes were assessed through laboratory, glasshouse, industry-led and field studies. Fenrow carries that body of research forward into a commercial organo-mineral fertiliser program.

Fertiliser performance testing

The first next-generation prototype was compared with novel and commercial fertilisers in a temperature-controlled glasshouse study, later published in a Q1 peer-reviewed journal.

Field trial: wheat

A second formulation was tested with an industry partner in South Australia to assess soil and agronomic benefits under field conditions.

Nitrogen and phosphorus leaching

Controlled work evaluated nutrient-release and leaching dynamics against commercial monoammonium phosphate and superphosphate.
